Proven operations management experience in exhibitions events.
Quality people management experience and ability to lead from the front.
Numerate, with proven experience of PL, numerical understanding and budgetary control.
Business management and acumen skills.
Strong entrepreneurial skills.
IT literate and line management experience.
Understanding of current health and safety procedures.
