Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to food tasting, onboarding new home chefs and chefs, organizing food pop-ups, managing accounts, coordinating food delivery to customers, and interacting with customers. This multifaceted position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the culinary industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Food Tasting: Conduct regular food tastings and provide valuable feedback on flavors, presentation, and overall quality of dishes

2. Onboarding: Identify and onboard new home chefs and professional chefs to expand our culinary network. Conduct interviews, evaluate culinary skills, and guide them through the onboarding process.

3. Food Pop-ups: Plan and execute food pop-up events, including selecting venues, coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for both home-chef/chefs and customers.

4. Account Management: Oversee account-related tasks, such as maintaining accurate records of home-chef/chef profiles and ensuring timely payment processing.

5. Food Delivery Coordination: Coordinate food delivery logistics, booking delivery on various delivery portals and ensuring on-time and accurate delivery to customers.

6. Customer Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any issues that may arise.

7. Data Analysis : Analysing sales data and leveraging it to contribute to business growth, while sharing the learnings with other departments

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a culinary or food-related role is highly desirable.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with chefs, home cooks, and customers.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

- A keen eye for detail and the ability to assess and provide constructive feedback on culinary creations.

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.

- Proficiency in using MS Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets and Google Docs
