Business Development Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

Business Development SPOC for doing MSME partnerships alliances knows tech MSME product suite.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Business Development Alliances

2. To find new alliance opportunities in MSME segment across different segments, geographies

3. New client acquisition (80%)

4. Target and pitch to new high value partners in various MSME segments find mutual synergies for taking the alliance forward

5. Should be able to independently identify relevant contact points, network and interact at senior management level with clients and prospects

6. Existing clients (20%) to identify new opportunities and grow wallet share

7. Doing Senior management interactions at both partner and company's end

8. Liaising with various departments at partner end to align objectives with internal stakeholders

+. Basic understanding of financial analysis and banking

10. Process Adherence

11. Should be responsible for lead generation and maintaining a healthy pipeline in 12. Salesforce tracking all activities through Jira and other relevant tools

13. Provide inputs for and develop collaterals for partner presentations responding to new proposals

14. Adhering to methodology being followed by central project management team while onboarding new partners

15. Internal Stakeholder Management

16. Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Product, Credit, Operations, Technology, Collections, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, and Accounts for Partner Onboarding integration activities till go live

17. Post Go-live ensure smooth settlements, dispute resolution of the channel partners, including partner data reconciliations invoice management.

18. Monitor key portfolio financial metrics for all partners and report any anomalies

1+. MIS Reporting

20. Monitor business numbers along with the segment-wise performance analysis of the portfolio

21. Prepare and share different type of reports to concerned stakeholders from time to time

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

1. Qualifications preferred: Master, MBA or equivalent preferred

2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience

3. MSME partnerships experience preferred

4. Tech MSME Exposure Required (digital MSME
