Job description
- Generate business from Banks BFSI's
- Help Generate business from the Indian domestic market.
- Handle RFI/RFPs, Generating new Business Leads, conducting prospect research, developing delivering Corporate Presentations.
- Being involved in interaction with customers at senior levels, will be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals.
- Identify requirements from customers and match the required Processes to convert the lead to a warm lead / Prospect.

- Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
- Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries.
Essential Requirements :
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
- BPO sales Experience from Banks BFSI
- Last assignment with Domestic BPO must.
- Strong written and verbal communication technical writing skills.
- Working knowledge of costing for proposals, versed with contact centre requirements of various verticals, good understanding of the domain.
- With a pleasing personality and decision making ability in day to day situations.
- Excellent People Management leadership qualities.
- Well versed with Power Point.
Education Experience :
- Management degree will be mandatory
- 8 -10 years of total experience
