Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Operations Clerk to join our Miami team. This role blends business development with operational support, focusing on the sale of storage solutions, including vault storage and custom storage boxes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, working closely with vendors and service providers, and supporting the development of our new office locations across the United States. Frequent travel to various branches and prospective locations will be required. Proficiency in Italian is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Client Relations:

Promote and sell storage solutions to new and existing clients.

Build and maintain business relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers.

Operational Support:

Assist in planning and implementing operational layouts for new facilities.

Collaborate with contractors and architects on facility development.

Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and operational processes.

Facility Development Strategic Planning:

Scout and evaluate potential locations for new facilities.

Assist with blueprint reading and layout optimization.

Administrative Support:

Prepare and process documents for sales and operational activities.

Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

High school diploma (associate degree preferred).

Previous experience in business development or operations preferred.

Proficiency in Italian (written and spoken).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to read blueprints and interpret facility layouts.

Ability to travel frequently to other states.
