About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in Birmingham and the surrounding region. This is a field-based role with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships while identifying untapped business opportunities. You’ll work independently, balancing remote work with regular customer visits to drive growth and success in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential new business opportunities and target markets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, to capitalise on growth opportunities.
Represent Prestige Leisure at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, business development activities, and market insights.
What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 2 years’ field-based B2B sales experience.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and a talent for cultivating productive business relationships.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and highly organised, with excellent time management skills.
A valid driving licence (required).
