Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities: Duties:

Identify and research potential clients, partnerships, and new markets.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and digital platforms.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals and deliver impactful sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals.
Attend networking events and represent the company professionally.
Track performance metrics and report to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term growth.
