Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate may have a background in B2B Sales, preferably selling learning, HR, and e-learning solutions to corporates, a passion for learning and development, and the ability to create and implement effective Sales strategies to generate leads and achieve the said targets.

1. Achieve Exceed Sales Targets: Drive sales of SimuRise’s innovative solutions.

2. Build Meaningful Client Relationships: Engage with senior and mid-management stakeholders.

3. Understand Client Needs: Set up meetings with corporate clients and uncover their challenges.

4. Global Outreach: Connect with training organizations’ decision-makers worldwide.

5. Deliver Impactful Presentations: Showcase our offerings virtually and in-person.

6. Represent SimuRise at Events: Attend exhibitions and conferences as a brand ambassador.

7. Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely to convert leads into happy clients.

8. Leverage LinkedIn Expertise: Use LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.

9. Excel in End-to-End Sales: From creating databases and updating CRMs to following up and closing deals.

10.You will be responsible for creating databases, updating CRMs, scheduling appointments, making presentations—both in-person and virtually—writing proposals, following up, and all related tasks to facilitate business.

11.You should have a good work-from-home setup for making calls and presentations with national and international prospects/clients.

Requirements:

A graduate/postgraduate in any field with an age of around 25 years.
Experience of 1-2 years in B2B Sales, preferably selling Corporate Training/Learning/e-Learning, and HR Solutions to corporations.
A Highly energetic and action-oriented individual with a willingness to travel.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for interacting/influencing clients at the mid to senior level.
Strong negotiation and networking skills. Ability to connect with people across teams levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
