Business Development Executive
We are hiring enthusiastic and energetic “Business Development Executive” (Females) for our Digital Marketing Company.
Job Location – Bhubaneswar
Shift Timing – 11:00am to +:00 pm (International),
+:30am to 6:30 pm (domestic)
Qualification – Any Graduate (MBA and B.tech. Preference)
Experience – 1yr Above (Must have experience in IT Sales)
Process – International / Domestic
Salary - 2.50 LPA to 3.50 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.Maintaining client activities in CRM.Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.Ensuring excellent client service through regular client follow up.Developing rapport with key decision makers.Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.Converting the potential clients to qualified clients.
