Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify qualified leads within the target market, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
• Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients. Collaborate with internal team to ensure proposal meets client requirement.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of BPO services and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
