About the Internship:
We are looking for a high-performing business development representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage email marketing, lead generation, cold calls and market research

2. Create the database from scratch across the industry vertical for the global market

3. Work on marketing using LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Google, etc.

4. Understand workflow processes and execute systems within the marketing/sales cycle

5. Manage the inside sales through cold calling (mandatory)

6. Update records on the various database used by organizations

7 Track the tasks assigned and escalate the issues to management on time

8. Ensure CRM data is always updated with the correct metrics and lead stage

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience in handling B2B inside sales

2. Good verbal and written communication skills

3. Well-organized individual with previous experience in using CRM systems
