We’re growing fast and looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and explore new markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

2. Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose relevant software solutions.

3. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product/service offerings.

4. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos.

6. Handle objections, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals effectively.

7. Collaborate with legal/management to finalize agreements and contracts.

8. Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.

+. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.

10. Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and forecasts.

11. Continuously strive to improve conversion rates and overall performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
