Job description
Job Title: Experienced Financial Professional

We are seeking a skilled Chartered Accountant to oversee core financial activities, internal controls, audits, and compliance. This role is responsible for strategic financial decision-making and reporting directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Lead internal and statutory audits, liaise with auditors (internal/external), and ensure timely closure.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (Direct Indirect Taxes), GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Oversee monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor and strengthen internal controls and risk management systems.
• Support CFO in financial planning, strategic decision support, and investor reporting.
• Provide insights on cost optimization and process improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments for financial alignment.

Requirements:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
