We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results and are currently looking for a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) or someone close to becoming qualified to join our growing team. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) or a Builder who is within 1 year of qualifying and needs support to complete their LBP certification. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects in the residential, rural, and commercial sectors. Whether you're already an experienced LBP or looking for support to complete your qualification, we offer a hands-on, supportive environment to help you succeed.



Key Responsibilities:

- Work on a variety of building projects, including renovations, GIB work, roofing, decking, fencing, interior exterior maintenance to name a few.

- Perform tasks across all aspects of building work while ensuring high standards of craftsmanship.

- If you are yet to qualify, you will work closely with experienced team members to gain the practical experience required to obtain your LBP.

- Manage your projects or assist in leading smaller projects, ensuring they run smoothly and meet deadlines.

- Ensure that all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.

- Collaborate with the team to solve challenges and ensure quality results.

- Keep accurate records, using a tablet, and ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.



Skills and Experience:

- Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) certification OR within 1 year of completing the necessary requirements for LBP qualification.

- Proven experience or a desire to gain hands-on experience across various types of building work (residential, rural, commercial).

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

- Ability to adapt to a wide range of tasks and work environments.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Full NZ driver’s license (company vehicle provided for work purposes).

- A team player with the ability to work independently when required.

- Willingness to learn and grow within the role with support provided to achieve your LBP qualification if necessary.
