Brunch Cafe Chef

We are seeking an experienced brunch Chef to join the team.

We are an all day brunch cafe open 7 days a week 7.00am to 3.00pm.

Casual position with set days and hours (full time for the right person)

We have been open 7 years serving up insta worthy brunch dishes, in our beautiful lakeside venue, right on the water's edge. We have a loyal following and a steady team. We specialise in all day brunch and host amazing functions on the weekends.

The cafe boasts:

Large outdoor area surrounded by a grassed reserve private pontoon
Air conditioned / closed kitchen with lake views
On site parking
Fun, friendly, team environment
7-day dining 7.00am to 2.30 / occasional weekend evening function
The cafe is owned in the same people as 30 Acres Norwood and Kitchensmith and offers long-term career prospects with future ventures for the right chef.

The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:

The ability to work autonomously
A creative, positive, can-do attitude
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Prepare, cook and present food to the highest quality
Stock control
Support staff training
Keep kitchen clean and tidy in line with health regulations
