Reports to: Circle Head / Regional Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for leading a team of Front Line Sales Managers (FLSMs) to recruit, train, and drive performance of insurance advisors. Focus on achieving sales targets, agent activation, and business quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of FLSMs
• Drive advisor recruitment, training, and activation
• Achieve sales and premium targets
• Monitor persistency and quality metrics
• Ensure compliance and team productivity
Requirements:
• Graduate Of Any Stream
• Min 5–8 years of experience in Life Insurance and 2 Years Of Experiance In team Leading
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
