We are hiring for one of the leading bank in Area Manager Loan Sanctioning role for Delhi/Jodhpur/Aurangabad/Ujjain location. Please find below job details. Team handling experience is mandatory for this role.
Experience:- Minimum 4+ Years (Team handling experience mandatory)
Area Manager- Loan Sanctioning ...
• LSO and LSA will have reporting to Area Manager-LS
• To report directly to the Regional Manager Loan Sanctioning at Regional Level.
• Deviation approval or any other approval and recommendation of loans as per the Group Loan and SBAL program policy.
• Consolidating of Deviation Approval of CIC or other report and send to higher authority on monthly basis.
• Management of staff reporting to him by orienting, and training employees.
• Ensure that Bank policies and guidelines are consistently strictly followed.
• Ensuring Audit compliance within time frame.
• Ensuring loan approval within specified time frame and maintaining of TAT.
• Based on Control report and Audit findings Visiting and Monitoring to Loan Sanctioning Authority area.
• Provide administrative and infrastructural support to Sanctioning area.
• Maintaining liaison with entire team.
