• Bring out monthly magazines on time

• Work on print and web

• Write crisp stories and reports and stick to deadlines

• Work in a team and be ready to innovate, come up with fresh ideas and projects

• Pitch for speakers for conferences

• Keep abreast of happenings in education

• Be flexible to write on policy issues as well as features for kids.
