Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsLocation is Mumbai with the following geographical boundaries for shutter service:
Mira Road- Mira road (Golden nest circle) via Ghodbunder road

Dadar- Till Dadar Station East via SionKalyan- 1 1⁄2 KM radius from Kalyan railway station excluding Diva / Shahad / BhiwandiPanvel- 1 1⁄2 KM radius from Panvel railway station excluding Taloja SukhapurConveyance is provided as per the Boundary LimitsEducation and skills required:
HSC/Graduates with minimum 6 months of BPO Chat customer service experience Mandatory

Good customer service skills and phone etiquette skillsAn understanding of basic computer tools, smart TV's, Modem, RoutersShift timings: 24*7 rotational shifts, 5 days working, Rotational offs (No fixed Saturday/Sunday offs)

Ready to work from office ON ROTATIONAL Shifts

Linguistic Requirement:
Tamil or Telugu speaking with excellent English communication skills
