Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote products and services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and achieve overall objectives.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or a similar voice process role (BPO experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
