Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO Telecalling Executive based in Ghaziabad. The BPO Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, and resolving customer issues. The role also involves maintaining client records, processing applications, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
