. BPO Sales Executive Experience. This is a business development role, NOT an inside sales job. We are looking for someone who has experience with bringing new Clients to the BPO Call Center Organization. This is NOT a call-center agent level job. This is an EXECUTIVE position who reports directly to C-Level organization leaders. PLEASE understand despite the fact other type of sales experience is valuable, we are ONLY interested in applicants with BPO Sales Executive Experience. Bottom line, we are looking for someone who can start this role running, we do not train for this role.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team that speaks fluent English and Spanish. In this role, the major objective is fostering relationships with potential customers that result in driving new logo accounts into the organization at a Global scale that includes the United States and Mexico. You will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities through various outreach methods, including cold calling, warm calling, emails, texts, potential client office visits, and scheduling meetings with our Leadership Sales team. This position requires Major business travel and involves daily interaction with gatekeepers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Research prospects through cold calling, warm calling, emails, texts, and potential client office visits.
Build pipeline and new opportunities through strategic outreach.
Proactively follow up with prospects
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate clients’ requirements.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, both face-to-face and virtually, with our Leadership Sales team Meets assigned targets and quotas for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
Negotiate pricing close opportunities.
Achieves strategic customer objectives, defined by company management.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on goals and strategies.
Maintain and update records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate must speak fluent English and Spanish with the understanding of both BPO Call-Center markets, United States and Mexico (Requirement).
5 + years' strong B2B sales experience
BA degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Consultative sales approach with a willingness to succeed and have a strong desire to build strong relationships and promote the business.
