Hiring International Voice Process in one of the Leading MNC @Kolkata
Our Client provide to service there clients in the Retail, Telecom, Finance, Utilities, Healthcare and Travel industries.
Job Title : International voice process
Immediate joiner required only.
Location : Salt Lake Sector V
Requirements
• Candidate should have Excellent communication skills.
• Qualification- Any UG/ Graduate with 6months Above Experience can apply
• Candidates should have all Mark sheets
• Candidates with backlog are not eligible.
• Shift : Night rotational shifts (Us process)
• 5 days working (rotational 2 days week off)

Good Communication skills Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally. Flexible to work in shifts. Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Good technical knowledge
