- Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, providing feedback and recommendations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract new talent.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO sector.
