We are seeking a skilled BPO Hiring Specialist to join our recruitment team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the BPO industry, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions.

Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions.
- Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, providing feedback and recommendations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract new talent.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
