• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Operation or Application support area.
• Candidate with experience in US Healthcare - Medicare segment.
• Experience with Brokers Ops Payment is a plus.
• Microsoft Office suite - SharePoint, Outlook , Excel (intermediate to expert) , MS Access.
• Basic to Intermediate SQL.
• Basic understanding of the system design, integration, and data flow.
• Perform system data analysis and take decision based on data systems requirement.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders inside and outside of the organization.
• Be able to perform root cause analysis based on the data provided.
• Attend Daily huddle other team meetings as needed.
• Take ownership of the system defects, perform research analysis, UAT postproduction QA.
• Participation in internal and external audit functions - including attendance at required meetings, review, and analysis of findings, providing supporting documentation.
• Make timely well considered decisions, create innovative solutions, and continuously learn.
• To coordinate with system admin during payment processing cycle to ensure timely payment release.
• Ensuring all payment validations are processed accurately in a timely manner complying with all appropriate procedures.
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing business environment with typically tight schedules and demanding targets.
• Ability to analyze risks and proactively identify solutions with a flexible, creative, and solution-focused outlook on problem solving.
