Job description Job Title: BPO Executive (Voice Process) Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur Company: FinderBro Job Description FinderBro is urgently seeking a BPO Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This role involves working in a voice process, where you will engage with customers and resolve their queries. The position requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with their inquiries. Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure high satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates in the system. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets. Adhere to company protocols and quality standards in all customer interactions. Requirements Education: Minimum qualification required : Graduate Experience: Relevant experience in a BPO/voice process is advantageous. Skills: Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written). Proficiency in basic computer operations. Ability to handle rotational shifts, including night shifts. Immediate availability to join. Job Benefits Shift: Rotational (mostly night shifts) Working Days: 5 days a week CTC: ₹27,000 - ₹34,000 per month Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur Accommodation: 14 days of accommodation provided for new joiners.
