Meet daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain composure under pressure.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
