Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Boutique Hotel Manager to lead our exceptional team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel's operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership Management: Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability. Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a superior guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Sales Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract and retain guests. Increase occupancy rates and drive revenue growth.
• Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans to achieve business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.

What we are looking for:
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
