Billing Coordinator
Our India office is currently seeking to employ a Billing Coordinator. This is a back office/data entry role in the Billing Department.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between operations and billing teams.
Close billing files and follow up with agents for invoices.
Handle miscellaneous tasks as required by ops/billing/back office teams.
Perform data entry: update sales charges and costs in the system/portal.
Follow up with customers for billing POs and upload documents.
Handle all types of business correspondence related to billing.
Communicate with internal teams and maintain the general calendar.
Manage duties assigned by team leads or directors.
Adjust to flexible work hours when necessary.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in shipping and logistics
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge
Understanding of shipping processes preferred
Fast learner with a positive attitude
