Job Description:
• International Voice Process (outbound calling)
• US Shift (Night Shift) - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
• Responsible for calling (outbound calls) to the pharmacy benefits management in US and get the benefits status for various drugs.
• Candidate should possess good communication and probing skills.
• Rotational Week-off - Should be willing to work on Saturday and Sunday, they can take two days off as compensatory offs during weekdays.
• Immediate Joiners required.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply for this position.
