Teamwork Communication Group is seeking a skilled Senior Manager BD - Influencer Marketing with a strong passion for digital marketing and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing sales, with a proven track record of driving brand acquisition, revenue generation, building client relationships, and executing successful influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies, aligning them with clients’ marketing objectives.
Brand Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new brands for influencer collaborations, expanding our client base.
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue generation by negotiating and closing profitable deals, ensuring business growth and increased sales.
Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including strategy development, influencer selection, and performance tracking.
Brand Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with brands, agencies, and social media influencers, ensuring smooth and successful collaborations.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing contracts with clients and influencers.
Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay updated with the latest social media trends and influencer marketing developments.
Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns and maintain client satisfaction.
