Barista/Team Leader
Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Barista/team leader who is friendly and passionate about barista work to join our team on a flexible or full time basis to help with the daily running of the soft play centre in the heart of Glasgow.
Key responsibilities:
Engaging with customers and children with a fun friendly attitude
Answering the phone , dealing with enquiries and taking messages
Taking children party bookings over the phone and within the centre
Making hot drinks and serving food
till operation and taking food orders
Stock rotation
General store duties and cleaning
Boosting morale of the team to ensure the customers have an exceptional party experience each and everyday
Skills required:
Leadership and decision making
High level of customer service
Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and understanding of priorities
Delegating jobs to the team and ensure that the team work efficiently within their time
Keen eye to ensure the high standard of cleaning and hygiene carried throughout the centre
Experience required:
Previous Leadership experience
Previous Barista/coffee shop experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
