We're on the hunt for a Barista's to join us at our venue North Street Store in Cottesloe!

Weekend availability is essential

From the people that started the cinnamon scroll craze in Perth, we also serve our community their morning coffee, burgers, pies, salads, rolls, baked treats including our wide range of fresh breads. The food we produce is real, wholesome and delicious offered at a fair price to ensure our community is always well nourished. Our mission is to help create a world where people eat better.
We are seeking Experienced Baristas to serve exceptional coffee to our customers. Our passionate people drive the success of our food business and we are on the hunt for our next dedicated person to join us. If this sounds like something you want to be a part of we would love to hear from you!
Who are you?
Proven experience as a Barista, ideally in the specialty coffee market
Great at customer service and work well in a team environment
Knowledge around the different types of coffee products so that you can consult with your customer to deliver on their wants and needs
You believe in delivering the best customer experience and creating great relationships
You are driven to lead from the front on the path of continuous improvement and champion the company culture
What will you be doing?
Slinging quality coffees with fresh beans from Karvan
Equipment calibration and monitoring of volumetrics throughout each shift (grind, pour etc)
Clean, maintain and generally look after all coffee equipment
Be willing to help serve our wonderful customers and become involved in all things FOH
