Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in men's grooming, including haircuts, beard styling, shaving, and scalp treatments, while delivering exceptional customer service in a clean and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide classic and modern haircuts based on client preferences
Offer beard grooming, shaving, trimming, and styling services
Advise clients on haircare and styling products
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, tools, and equipment
Ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety at all times
Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with latest barbering trends and techniques
Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barber (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Skilled in various cutting and grooming techniques
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Certification from a recognized barbering school is a plus
Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + incentives
