Banking Finance Officer
We are looking for a Banking Finance Officer who has hands-on experience in dealing with banks for company loans, credit facilities, and other banking matters. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling all correspondence and negotiations with banks and financial institutions independently.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all banking matters including company loans, Overdraft (OD) and Cash Credit (CC) limits.
• Prepare and present all necessary documents and financial details required by banks.
• Communicate and coordinate with banks for loan processing, renewal, and compliance.
• Maintain regular follow-up with bank officials to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions.
• Respond to any bank queries related to the company's financial position, account status, or documentation.
• Prepare reports related to loan status, interest rates, repayment schedules, and other bank-related metrics.
• Ensure timely submission of stock statements, CMA data, and other required reports to banks.
• Support senior management with insights and strategies related to banking and financial planning.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in banking and finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of bank loan procedures, OD/CC management, and company financial documentation.
• Ability to handle all communication and negotiations with bank personnel independently.
• Good knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and compliance documentation is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and financial software.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
