Banking Finance Lead

We’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial leader to lead and drive our Loans Division — someone who can not only grow our mortgage portfolio but also deepen partnerships with leading financial institutions, simplify processes, create value propositions and deliver seamless customer experiences.
What You’ll Own:
• Strategically grow the loan book by tapping into our fast-expanding HoABL customer base.
• Build and nurture relationships at an abstract level for the Brand with financial institutions
• Deep understanding of the sector and products that could be created for this category
• Clearances and processes for the entire project and customer lifecycle from a banking perspective
• Simplify the banking journey across the value chain — from project approvals to customer disbursals.
• Drive and manage end-to-end home loan operations, ensuring tight TATs and efficient collections.
• Increase the penetration of banking products to the existing customer base
• Create your own profit centre – aid in buying land and constructing homes
• Create scalable systems that minimize fraud, reduce escalation, and improve service.
• Champion key consulting-led projects aligned with company growth.

Qualities and education :
• A Graduate/Postgraduate degree
• 10-12 years in banking, home loans, or the mortgage industry (LAP, secured assets etc.)
• Strong experience in team and relationship management
• A bias for execution, process excellence, and customer-centricity
