Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensure that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.

Qualification:
Graduates with 2 years plus year of experience in BPO/Customer Care

Other Requirements:
Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Listening Skills.
Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication.

Salary: 4.3 LPA (based on skills and experience )
plus allowances and incentives.

Shift: 24x7 (Rotational)

Work Days: 5 days working with Rotational Shifts
