Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Quoting competitive FCY Cash purchase / sale rates to bank notes customers Work closely with branch team to ensure fulfillment of bank note orders of money changer customers of the branch Work closely with Branch Team for timely pick up delivery of FCY cash transfers between branches B.
Business Development Responsible for income target of the Bank notes business for the mapped branches.
Ensure achievement of the stipulated benchmark margins for FCY buy/sell transactions, fixed time to time.
Ensure each of the mapped branches meets its Bank note income target Ensure each of the mapped branch becomes active on bank notes business Visit to top 25 money changer customers of bank notes business periodically C.
New Customer acquisition Joint visits / calls with branch staff to prospective customers being acquired by the branch for pitching bank note business services.
Carrying out enhanced due diligence on the customers referred by branch to determine their suitability for bank notes business both from FEMA and RBI perspective Extending full support to the sales staff, Head-POR RSH for acquiring new business and in preparing competitive proposals for acquiring new customers.
Identifying Foreign Exchange potential location / branches for Banknote business.

Customer service Operations Resolution of customer complaints without affecting the relationship business.
To understand the demand of currencies region wise and to judicially collate the import indent for the regions, and to see that the currencies are sold within the stipulated timelines.
