Early Morning Bakery Production Staff (Multiple Positions)

Day Shift Bakery Production Staff (Multiple Positions)

Job Description: As a Bakery Production Staff member, you will play a vital role in our baking operations. You will work closely with our experienced bakers to produce high-quality sourdough bread and various baked goods. We are currently hiring for both early morning and day shift positions across our multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of sourdough bread and baked goods according to our recipes and standards.
Mix ingredients, knead dough, shape and score bread, and monitor the baking process to ensure consistent quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper sanitation and food safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to fulfill production goals and meet customer demands.
Contribute to maintaining ingredient inventory and notifying supervisors of any shortages.
Follow baking schedules and adhere to established procedures and recipes.
Assist with packaging and labeling finished products for display and sale.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and recommending products when needed.
Qualifications:

2 Years Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment irequired. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for baking.
Knowledge of sourdough bread production techniques and baking principles is a plus.
Ability to work early morning shifts or day shifts, depending on the position.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Excellent time management skills to meet production targets and deadlines.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Understanding of proper food handling and safety regulations.
Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays, as required.
