Role Summary
The Back Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and operational
support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily business activities. The ideal candidate should
be proficient in Excel, have strong communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal), and hold
a bachelors degree.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and process tracking
• Maintain and update Excel sheets related to sales, inventory, and project workflows
• Handle email correspondence, prepare reports, and assist in data entry
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars of senior staff
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time
• Maintain records, files, and other important documentation
• Provide customer support backend assistance as required
• Collaborate with the operations and sales team to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Key Requirements
Educational Qualification: B.tech Electrical
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering, formatting, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
