Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to support our Chartered Accountancy firm in back-office operations. The role includes data entry, document management, basic accounting support, and client communication through calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client records.
Handle documentation and filing of financial papers, invoices, and compliance documents.
Make follow-up calls to clients for document collection, appointment confirmation, and updates.
Prepare basic reports and summaries as required.
Respond to client queries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Coordinate internally with the accounting team to ensure smooth workflow.
Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
