Back Office Executive
Manage outgoing emails and correspondence to customers regarding business inquiries, updates, and promotions.
Welcome and assist walk-in customers with inquiries, providing necessary information about products or services.
Conduct follow-up calls to clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback for improvement.
Proactively reach out to incoming leads who have shown interest in our products or services through phone calls to provide additional information and facilitate conversions.
Handle office expenses, including tracking, budgeting, and managing reimbursements, to ensure efficient financial operations.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with basic office management procedures and tools.
Previous experience in customer service or office management roles is preferred.
