What are we looking for / Job Description

We are looking for Backoffice Executives to join our team. If you have experience in Backoffice management, working with Excel, Word and Presentations are your key skills, if your mail drafting and communications skills are good and you enjoy interacting with people, then upload your resume now !

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare progress reports and Presentations for clients.
• Drafting Mails and communications to clients
• Corresponding with Partners, Vendors and Companies through Calls and Mails over various queries and ensuring queries are solved
• Answer clients’ queries and resolve them as per SLAs
• Performing market research.
• Gathering and processing data.
• Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies, work related outdoor duties as and when required
• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
• Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
• Assisting and supporting management.
• Building and maintaining your client base.

Qualifications required
• Graduate from any University or similar field.
• Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office, Excel, and Powerpoint is must
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Financial and CRM software.
• Familiarity with Internet, Accounting software
