Back Office Assistant

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

-Manage inventory and coordinate with the inventory team.

-Coordinate shipping with carriers, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance.

-Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders and address issues.

-Collaborate with customer service and other departments.

-Maintain accurate data entry and records.
