Back Office Assistant

Responsibilities may include: Manage and maintain office files and records. Process and organize documents and data. Assist with scheduling and calendar management. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Support front office staff with administrative tasks. Coordinate office supplies and inventory management. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
