B2B Sales Executive
As the Sales Manager at DA Furniture Studio, your role combines business development, relationship management, content creation, and system updates. You’ll spearhead lead generation, client engagement, and brand promotion through consistent outreach and content, while ensuring our systems stay up-to-date.
Interior/Architect Client Outreach
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads in the interior design and architecture sectors.
• Cold Calling: Reach out to prospects, introduce DA Furniture Studio’s services, and establish an initial connection.
• Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings to discuss client needs, share our offerings, and align on potential projects.
• Follow-Up Closing: Regularly follow up with prospects to address questions, build rapport, and close deals.
• System Updates: Log interactions, notes, and follow-up details in CRM or designated systems to keep records accurate and accessible.
Furniture and Furnishings Lead Generation
• Lead Generation: Focus on sourcing leads specifically for furniture and furnishings clients.
• Cold Calling Meetings: Engage new prospects and explore project possibilities.
• Deal Closing: Solidify deals through follow-up and personal engagement.
• System Updates: Document all client interactions and deal statuses in Odoo, ensuring the calendar is updated with any follow-up reminders or scheduled meetings.
Other Responsibilities:
• Walk-Ins: Attend to in-studio visitors, providing an exceptional customer experience and answering any product or service inquiries.
• System Maintenance: Ensure all details in CRM, Google Calendar, or any designated platforms are updated regularly to reflect real-time project statuses, schedules, and client follow-ups.
