Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Associate located in New Delhi. The B2B Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, generating leads, and presenting VehicleCare's solutions to potential clients. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, closing deals, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preference - Only Automobile Industry

Salary - Up to 7 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.

Develop comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue goals.

Implement effective sales tactics and initiatives to drive business growth and increase market share.

Lead Sales Team:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure they meet individual and collective sales targets.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales team.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, including automobile dealerships, fleet management companies, and corporate clients.

Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.

Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.

Drive Sales Growth:

Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Continuously monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop innovative sales strategies and product offerings that meet customer needs and preferences.

Ensure Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management review.

Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Proven experience in B2B sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
