Job Overview:

We are looking for 6 dynamic Marketing Sales Executives to drive course enrollments and corporate tie-ups. The role involves promoting our courses to individuals and businesses, ensuring they find the right learning path with WallStreetMojo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Lead Conversion: Achieve sales targets through B2C and B2B engagements.

• Corporate College Tie-ups: 50% of targets will involve onboarding colleges and corporates for bulk training programs.

• Lead Management: Process and follow up with inbound leads; request leads when required.

• Market Outreach: Identify and engage potential customers, from students to professionals.

• Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and recommend appropriate courses.

• Work Flexibility: Work remotely with flexible timing aligned with the target market (India International).

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-5 years in sales/marketing (EdTech, finance, or corporate sales experience is a plus).

• Education: Any graduate or postgraduate (finance knowledge is a bonus but not mandatory).

• Skills: Strong communication, persuasive sales ability, and customer engagement.

• Target-Oriented: Ability to meet sales goals and drive revenue.

Compensation:

• Probation Period: First 3 months, incentive-based payout.

• Post Confirmation: Fixed salary + Incentives.
