Job Requirement: - ATM E SURVIELANCE FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERDesignation: - Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Jr. EngineerSalary Band: - 2-3.5 LPALocation: - GANDHIDHAM, GUJARATHEducation Experience Requirements : -ITI/, Diploma In Hardware/Networking, Electronic any Graduation,Fresher’s can also apply.Preferable: ITI/DIPLOMAExperience Level : - 0-2 YEARSPreferred Key Requirements: - Willing to work in 24X7 days EnvironmentJob Summary: -Attend Calls Like, A/V, Sensors, DN calls etc., Make ReportAMC of electronic security systems.To be technically strong in handling service calls.To be a Problem solver at field level.Update on daily calls and problem found in field.Job Description: -Attend daily calls basis on call allocation, Closure of calls on time. Collect Spares from Office return faulty one. Make daily report for record purpose.Clear Concept of Network, CCTV, Sensors, Routers DVRNew Installation of ATM's and break fix supportInstallation and configuration of CCTV system electronic security systems and intrusion alarm systemBasic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers and securityMaintain his site carefully assign to him, Complete Knowledge details over site. Good Coordination with Customer.Coordinating with support team and other filed engineers to resolve the problem at site level.Sharing his best practice to other engineers as a solution providers.
